We also have the option to select a flexible rate when you book direct. With our flexible rate, you can cancel at any point up to 24 hours prior to check-in, without penalty. Cancellations within the 24 hour period prior to check-in, and no shows, will be charged the equivalent of the first night's stay.

- Date change flexibility is available for reservations on the advance purchase non-refundable tariff where the booking has been made and paid for directly with us, not through a travel agent.
- The date of stay can be changed once, for new stay dates within 11 months of the original date, subject to availability and payment of any increase in price of the new dates.
- Change of date must be requested at least 24 hours prior to original check-in
- No refunds will be offered, in part or in full.
